隔水管万向节挠性元件刚度计算等效单元方法研究

摘    要:隔水管万向节由多个挠性元件组成,有限元计算时需考虑挠性元件中橡胶-钢层状结构复杂的接触以及橡胶材料的非线性,导致计算效率低。研究了挠性元件的一种等效单元,可大幅提高万向节的计算效率。首先,利用ABAQUS软件中的弹簧单元、连接器单元和子结构单元对橡胶柱建立不同单元模型并进行有限元分析; 然后,基于有限元分析优选出最佳等效单元,建立挠性元件等效单元模型。最后,对挠性元件不同载荷下等效模型的拉伸刚度、压缩刚度和弯曲刚度进行分析,并与挠性元件实体单元模型分析结果进行对比。结果表明:基于连接器单元建立的等效模型可以有效代替挠性元件并提高计算效率。研究结果可以为隔水管万向节挠性元件的有限元分析提供参考。

Abstract:Drilling riser gimbal includes several flexible components, and it is needed to consider complex contacts in rubber-steel layered structure and nonlinear characters of rubber during Finite Element Analysis, which leads to the low efficiency of calculation. An equivalent element was studied to replace the flexible components in the gimbal, and it improves the calculation efficiency. The different element models of rubber columns were established by using spring elements, connector elements, and substructure elements in ABAQUS software. The finite element analysis was carried out. The tensile stiffness, compressive stiffness, and bending stiffness of the equivalent model of the flexible element under different loads were analyzed, and the results were compared with those of the solid element model of flexible components. The results show that the equivalent model based on the connector element can effectively replace the flexible element and improve computational efficiency. The research results can provide the reference for finite element analysis of drilling riser gimbal.
