摘    要:有很多在役的海上模块钻机仍旧保留着传统钻机的操控方式,钻机的自动化水平很低,现场作业环境恶劣,工人劳动强度大。为了对这些模块钻机进行自动化升级,对司钻操作控制、管具处理、钻井液处理、关井操作4个方面的自动化技术应用进行研究,提出了集成控制系统、一体化仪表、防碰互锁、远程监测、管具处理自动化、钻井液处理自动化、自动化关井等设计方案。可为新建海上模块钻机以及在役平台进行自动化升级改造提供参考方案。

Abstract:Many offshore modular drilling rigs in service still retain the traditional control and operation mode. The automation level is very low, the field operation environment is bad, and the labor intensity of workers is high. In order to upgrade the automation of these modular drilling rigs, four aspects including the drilling control system, pipe handling, drilling fluid processing, and shut down operation of BOP were studied, and the design schemes of integrated control system, integrated instruments, anti-collision interlock, remote monitoring, pipe handling automation, drilling fluid processing automation and automated shutting down of BOP were proposed. It provides a reference scheme for newly built offshore modular drilling rigs and automation upgrades for in-service platforms.
