| 摘 要： | 采用紫外分光光度法测定穿琥宁注射液的含量，结果显示，测定浓度在１６～４８μｇ／ｍｌ范围内，吸光度和浓度线性关系良好，ｒ＝０９９９８，平均回收率为９９７５％，ＣＶ＝２１１％。此法与现行法定的比色法比较，测定快速、操作简便、准确性和重现性好，适合于质量检验部门采用

| Abstract: | An analytical method for
determination of the contents of Chuanhuning injection by UV-spectrophotometry at 2501nm
wavelength was studied in comparison with the colorimetric method at 420nm
wavelength.According to the data,the absorbency of the drug against its concentration at
2501nm is a fine ctraight line with r=09998 within the limits of 1648g/ml concentration.The
recovery rate for the UV-spectrophotometry is 9975%,CV=211%.The results show that,compared
with the colorimetric method,the UV-spectrophotometry is a simple,rapid,accurate and precise
procedure suitable for the pharmaceutical analysis in quality control departments. |
