贫燃条件下汽车尾气净化催化剂-Ag-SAPO-34的研究

摘    要:研究了Ag SAPO 34催化剂的制备工艺和反应条件对催化剂活性的影响。所研制的Ag SAPO 34活性高且低温活性好 ,在氧气浓度为 3 6 % (V)和温度为 34 0℃时 ,NO还原成N2 的转化率达到最大值 74 1%。催化剂制备最适宜的AgNO3 离子交换溶液的pH值为 7 0 ;离子交换温度为 40℃ ;离子交换后焙烧温度为 6 0 0℃。催化剂活性随C3 H6浓度的增加而升高 ,随空速的增加而稍有下降

Study on the Ag-SAPO-34 automobile exhaust catalyst under lean-burn condition
Abstract:The effects of preparation technique and reaction conditions of Ag-SAPO-34 catalyst on the catalyst activity are studiedThe Ag-SAPO-34 catalyst which is active at low temperature has been prepared, on which the highest conversion of NO reduction to N_2 is 741% at the oxygen concentration of 36Vol% and the temperature of 340℃ The most suitable pH value of the ion exchanged AgNO_3 solution and ion exchanged temperature are 70 and 40℃ respectively, and the calcined temperature is 600℃ The catalytic activity rises with the concentration of C_3H_6 and decreases with GHSV
