基于纳米镍催化的松香加氢研究Ⅱ.加氢反应的研究

摘    要:使用纳米镍催化剂进行树脂酸的氢化反应。对影响枞酸氢化反应的主要因素进行了研究,得出纳米镍催化下松香氢化适宜的反应条件为:搅拌转速600r/min,反应温度160℃,反应压力4.0MPa,催化剂用量为枞酸质量的2.0%,200#溶剂油的质量分数为50%,反应时间60min。在此条件下,所得产品质量优良,收率达97.3%。

Abstract:Resin acid was hydrogenated used nano-Ni as catalyst.The main factors affecting the hydrogenation of abietic acid were investigated and the optimum conditions for hydrogenation of rosin over nano-Ni were determined as follows:(1)the stirring rate was 600r/min;(2)the reaction temperature was 160℃;(3)the reaction pressure was 4.0MPa;(4)the dosage of catalyst was 2.0% of abietic acid mass;(5)the 200# solvent oil mass fraction was 50%;(6)the reaction time was 60 minutes.Under the optimized conditions,the prepared product had good quality and the yield was up to 97.3%.
