我国甲醇精馏主塔废水的分析

摘    要:调查了国内有代表性的,包括油头、气头、煤头制单醇和联醉在内的若干甲醇精馏主塔进料及废水组成。结果表明,所有样品几乎都不含酮类,大部分厂家废水中甲醇含量均可低于0.05%,达到国外质量要求,个别样品废水中甲醇含量甚至小于100×10-6。

Abstract:composition analysis was carried out of the feedstock and bottom stream samples collected from the main methanol distillation columns of some typical methanol plants in China including those using oil, natural gas or coal as starting material and those combined or uncombined with ammonia production. The results show that no ketones were found in all detected samples and that most of the bottom stream samples contained less than 0. 05% methanol, a few even less than 100 ppm.
