马来酸酐-丙烯酰胺醇解衍生物对生物柴油低温流动性的影响

摘    要:以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,甲苯为溶剂,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,合成马来酸酐-丙烯酰胺共聚物;在对甲苯磺酸催化作用下,加入一定比例的混合醇,得到改进剂马来酸酐-丙烯酰胺醇解衍生物。采用红外光谱对改进剂进行了表征,考察了影响该改进剂降滤效果的主要因素,研究了改进剂与市售降凝剂和蜡晶分散剂的复配效果。实验结果表明,在MA与AM单体摩尔配比为2∶1.5,共聚时间4 h,催化剂加量1.0%(相对于混合脂肪醇的质量分数)的条件下制备改进剂,添加量为基础油质量的0.3%时,可使大豆油生物柴油的冷滤点降低5℃。在同样添加量的情况下,与市售1#降凝剂、德国巴斯夫蜡晶分散剂分别以1∶2质量配比复配可使生物柴油冷滤点均降低7℃。

Abstract:Maleic anhydride-acrylamide copolymer was prepared from maleic anhydride(MA) and acrylamide(AM) with toluene as solvent and benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiating agent.The obtained copolymer was esterified with a certain proportion of mixed alcohols with toluene-p-sulfonic acid as catalyst to obtain an improver of biodiesel.The product was characterized by IR,and the important factors influencing its efficiency to reduce the cold filter plugging point(CFPP) of the biodiesel were investigated.The effects of combining the improver with the commercially available pour point depressant(PPD) or wax crystal dispersant on reducing CFPP of the biodiesel were also studied.For the improver prepared under the conditions as follows: MA/AM molar ratio of 2∶1.5,copolymerization time 4h and catalyst dosage 1.0%(based on the mass of the mixed fatty alcohols),when it was added to the biodiesel from soybean oil in a mass fraction of 0.3%,the cold filter plugging point of the biodiesel could be reduced by 5℃.The mixtures of the prepared improver with 1# PPD or BASF's wax crystal dispersant in mass ratio of 1∶2 could both reduce CFPP of the biodiesel by 7℃.
