铜基甲醇合成催化剂的表征及铜、锌组分间的相互作用

摘    要:利用XRD、TPD、IR等实验手段对纯ZnO、纯CuO、CuO Al2 O3二组分样品、CuO ZnO二组分样品、CuO ZnO Al2 O3三组分甲醇合成催化剂进行了表征 ,这些结果及甲醇合成活性数据均表明了铜基催化剂中铜和锌组分间存在的相互作用。当Cu/Zn/Al比例一定时 ,以Zn(Ac) 2 代替Zn(NO3) 2 作原料制得的铜基甲醇催化剂 ,其锌组分更分散 ,铜、锌组分间的相互作用较强 ,活性也较高。

Abstract:ZnO, CuO, CuO Al 2O 3 and the catalyst CuO ZnO Al 2O 3 or CuO ZnO for methanol synthesis were investigated by using XRD, TPD and IR The results show that there are strong interaction between copper component and zinc component When the Cu/Zn/Al ratio of the catalyst is determined,the zinc component of the catalyst prepared from Cu(NO 3) 2, Zn(Ac) 2 and Al(NO 3) 3 is more dispersive than that of the catalyst from Cu(NO 3) 2, Zn(NO 3) 2 and Al(NO 3) 3. The interaction between copper component and zinc component of the former is stronger than that of the latter,so is the catalytic activity WT5”HZ]
