超细Pd/Al_2O_3催化剂及其对乙炔选择加氢催化性能研究

摘    要:用超临界干燥方法制备超细Pd/Al2O3催化剂,研究了制备方法、表面物性、活性组分的化学态及乙炔选择加氢反应催化活性。表明超细Al2O3担体为短纤维状,Pd/Al2O3催化剂的结构特征是高比表面、大孔径和低表面酸性。Pd与担体有强相互作用,呈Pd4+态。与工业催化剂(C31-A)相比它具有更高的乙炔加氢催化活性和选择性

Abstract:he preparation, surface properties, the chemical state of the active component of the ultrafine Pd/Al 2O 3 catalyst by supercritical fluid drying(SFD) and its catalytic properties in selective hydrogenation reaction of acetylene were studied. Experimental results show that the ultrafine support Al 2O 3 has quite different short fiber structure from that of conventional support.It has been shown that the structure of ultrafine Pd/Al 2O 3 catalyst by SFD is characterized by their highly specific surface area, much larger average diameter and much lower surface acidity. In addition, interaction between active component and support of ultrafine catalyst exhibits much stronger, resulting in Pd in a state of Pd 4 valence. In selective hydrogenation of acetylene, the ultrafine Pd/Al 2O 3 catalyst has more highly conversion and selectivity than that of industrial conventional C31 A catalyst.
