| Abstract: | Establishment of a creation system, which is in line with the market economy and in respect of and in encouragement of creative labor, holds the key to sustainable creativeness. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply reform the employment system, the stimulation system and the fund management system in order to create the new system and promote cultivation of high-quality and multidisciplinary talents on the basis of the stimulation mechanism. |
