聚驱抽油泵防砂技术及应用

摘    要:聚驱区块进入见聚高峰期开采阶段以后采出液见聚浓度不断上升,聚驱检泵率居高不下,砂卡问题已经成为影响聚驱检泵率的主要因素。针对大流道抽油泵在应用过程中存在的技术问题,提出"以防为主,防排结合"的治理思路,研制了防砂筛管、等径排砂泵。在抽油泵柱塞上均布排砂孔,改善活塞、凡尔球材质,提高耐磨性,增强排砂能力,使泵筒与活塞间的砂子进入泵活塞内,随油流排出;研制了泵上单流阀,防止抽油机井停机后采出液中的砂子沉积卡泵。防砂技术在聚驱抽油机井现场应用效果良好,使聚驱砂卡井检泵周期明显延长,适应不同出砂阶段防砂开采需求。

Abstract:After the polymer flooded block entering the peak stage of the production,the concentration of the produced polymer liquid increases continuously,the rate of servicing the polymer flooding pumps is very high,the sand sticking problem has become the main factor affecting the servicing pump rate of the polymer flooding.In the light of the technical problems in the application process of the large-channel oil well pump,the managing idea of " Preventing first,Combining the prevention and elimination" was put forward,the sand preventing pipe and equaldiameter sand discharging pump were developed.The sand discharging pores were evenly distributed on the plunger of the oil well pump,the material qualities of the piston and the valve ball to improve the wear resistance and enhance the ability of the sand elimination,thus the sand within the pump cylinder and around the piston can be discharged into the pump piston and then flowed out with the oil flow;the single-flow valve was developed on the pump to prevent the sand deposition from sticking the pump in the produced liquid after the shutdown of the oil pumping unit.Much better field-applied effects have been achieved for the sand controlling technique in the polymer-flooded oil pumping well,so the pump serving cycle of the polymer-flooded sand-stuck wells can be obviously prolonged and furthermore can meet the requirements of the sand control in different sand production stages.
