注水井双层同步测调一体化技术

摘    要:为解决配水器间距小于8 m的薄夹层细分注水井测调一体化问题,同时减少多级分注井测调仪与可调堵塞器的井下对接和测调次数,降低风险,提高测调效率和成功率,研究了一种以双层可调堵塞器和双层测调仪为核心的双层同步测调一体化技术。这项技术与可重复坐封式封隔配水器配套使用,可实现薄夹层细分注水井测调一体化,同时通过一次对接完成两层注水量调配。现场试验表明:平均2 h可完成1口一级两段分注井测调,效率较常规偏心测调一体化提高50%;最小配水间距可达2.1 m,实现了测调一体化技术在薄夹层细分注水井应用的新突破。注水井双层同步测调一体化技术是一项高效经济的注水井测调技术。

Abstract:In order to solve the integrated problem between the measurement and adjustment for the subdivided water wells in the thin interbedded layer where the injection dispenser spacing is less than 8m,reduce the downhole docking and measured-adjusted time for the measuring and adjusting apparatus in the multi-stage separated injection well,reduce the risk,and moreover improve the test efficiency and success rate,double-layer synchronous measurement-adjustment integrated technique taking the double-layer adjustable packer and double-layer measuring-adjusting instrument as the core was developed and researched.The technique is characterized by well complied and matched with the repeated setting packer,realizing the measurement-adjustment integration for the subdivided injection well in the thin interbedded layer and furthermore completing two-layer water injection allocation at the same time.The field test shows that the measurement and adjustment of a one-grade two-stage separated-water-injector can be finished within average 2 hours,the efficiency is increased by 50% than the conventional eccentric measurement-adjustment integration;the minimal water allocation spacing can reach 2.1 m,the new breakthrough has been realized for the measurement-adjustment integrated technique in the application of the subdivided water injector in the thin interbedded layer.The two-layer synchronous measurement-adjustment integrated technique is one of the high-efficiency economic measuring-adjusting technologies for the water injection wells.
