摘    要:为了满足"优质、环保、安全、快速"的现代钻井工程需要,近年来开发了聚胺高性能水基钻井液,其性能被认为最接近油基钻井液。聚胺页岩水化抑制剂作为该体系的关键处理剂,以其独特的分子结构和优异的抑制性能,逐步引起人们的重视。文中通过抑制膨润土造浆实验、页岩滚动分散实验和粒度分布测试,对比评价了聚胺和甲酸盐的抑制性;通过X射线衍射分析层间距、Zeta电位测试、表面张力测试、改性膨润土吸水实验及活度测试等,分析研究了聚胺和甲酸盐的作用机理。结果表明,与甲酸盐相比,聚胺在低浓度时即能最大限度降低黏土水化层间距,使黏土去水化;同时聚胺吸附在黏土表面后,能增强黏土的疏水性;甲酸盐主要通过降低溶液活度实现抑制作用。

Abstract:To meet the need of modern drilling engineering with high quality, environment protection, sat'ely and quick speed, high performance water-based drilling fluid with polyamine has been developed in recent years, about which the properties are considered to be the closest to the properties of oil-based drilling fluid. As the key additives in the system, shale hydration inhibitor with polyamine has been paid more and more attention because of its unique molecular structure and outstanding inhibition. Through bentonite inhibition test, shale hot-rolling dispersion test and particle distribution test, the inhibitive properties of polyamine and funnates were compared in this paper. The inhibitive mechanism of polyamine and formates were analyzed through the X-ray diffraction analysis of the interlayer spacing, Zeta potential measurement, surface tension measurement, modified bentonite water adsorption test and activity measurement. The results indicated that the polyamine can reduce the interlayer spacing of clay to the utmost and lead to clay dehydration with low concentration, compared with furmates. At the same time, adsorption of polyamine unto clay surface renders the clay surface more hydrophobic, while the formates mainly inhibit clay hydration through redueiug the solution aetivity.
