摘    要:以胱氨酸钠和油酰氟为原料,通过1步反应合成了一种新型阴离子Gemini表面活性剂--二油酰胺基胱氡酸钠(Sodiumdioleoylaminoeystine,SDOLC),并利用界面张力仪研究了SDOLC降低油水界面张力性能。结果表明.利用地层水配制质量分数为0.10%的SDOLC溶液,可以在低碱质量分数下与大庆油田原油达到10-2111N/m量级的界面张力Ca^2+和Mg^2+的存在使体系油水界面张力升高,络合剂羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠HEDP·Na4可以屏蔽Ca^2+和Mg^2+对界面张力的影响.增强体系的耐Ca^2+和Mg^2+能力,并降低碱剂的用量。

Abstract:A new anionic Gemini surfactant, sodium dioleoylamino cystine (SDOLC) was synthesized by one-step reaetion of sodium cystine and oleoyl chlorine. The propery of reducing oil-water interfacial tension was investigated by interlace tensinmeter. It was found that S1)OLC solution of 0.1% content, made up by formation water, can obtain the interfaeial tension of 10^-2 mN/m magnitude of crude oil in Daqing Oilfieht at low alkali concentration. The oil-water interracial tension increases with the concentratinn of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ increased, whereas this adverse effects were screened by adding complexing agent tetra sodium of 1-hydroxy ethylidene-1, l-diphosphonic acid(HEDP.Na4). Furthermore, the presence of HEDP.Na4 improves the Ca^2+, Mg^2+ toleranee ability and reduces the alkali concentration fiw the SI)OLC/NaOH/HEI)P· Na4 mixed system.
