摘    要:针对川西中浅层气藏低压老井原产层常规修井和挖潜改造作业时压井液漏失较为严重、容易造成储层重度污染伤害而导致产能锐减的问题,结合液体胶塞暂堵作用机理,在液体胶塞暂堵剂性能需求分析的基础上,通过室内稠化剂、交联剂质量分数对破胶性能的影响研究,以及液体胶塞强度和伤害性能评价,调试出了适合川西低压气藏的液体胶塞暂堵剂配方.20...

Abstract:Aiming at the problems that the well killing fluid loss was very serious in routine well workover and potential-tapping revamping,and it was easy to cause severe reservoir pollution for the former production layers in middle-shallow layer for the low-pressure old wells of the gas reservoir in west Sichuan,combined with the temporary blocking mechanism of gel plug and based on the temporary blocking performance requirements analysis of gel plug,this paper tested out a temporary blocking agent formula for gel plug which was suitable for the low-pressure gas reservoir in west Sichuan through researching the influence of the concentration of gelatinizer and crosslinking agent on breaking performance and evaluating on the strength of the gel plug and injury performance.From 2008 to 2009,the temporary blocking agent has been successfully used in six wells on site,which provided the basis for increasing well output of gas reservoir,enhancing gas reservoir recovery and achieving the effective development of gas reservoir and had a certain reference value for scientific research and field construction.
