边水油藏水平井见水规律及控水措施研究

摘    要:边水油藏水平井开采时,水平井见水是一个比较复杂的问题.它不仅受到井身轨迹如:水平段长度,避水距离等的影响,还与油藏的自身备件如:油水黏度比,各向异性有关。采用无因次水平段长度、无因次避水距离综合分析水平井的井身轨迹及油藏的自身条件对边水油藏水平井见水时间的影响,并给出各个影响因素与水平井见水时间的数学关系式。同时,通过正交试验的方法确定了见水时间影响因素的主次顺序。用注聚合物的方式控制边水突进,提高采收率的效果比较明显。本研究对边水油藏水平井的应用、合理井身轨迹的确定,以及水平井的控水增油有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:During the production of edge water reservoir, water breakthrough is a complex question in horizontal well. That is not only aftected by the wellbore trajectory, such as horizontal wellbore length and water avoidance distance, but also related to the reservoir conditions, such as oil-water viscosity ratio and anisotropy. In this paper, we apply the dimensionless horizontal wellbore length, dimensionless water avoidance distance to analyze the influence of the wellbore trajectory of horizontal well and the reservoir conditions on the water breakthrough time of horizontal well in the edge water reservoirs, and give the mathematical relations between each influential factor and the water breakthrough time of horizontal well. At the same time, the primary and secondary orders of the influential factors of breakthrough time are defined through the method of orthogonal experiment. Finally, the method of polymer injection is proposed to control the coning of edge water, which can improve the oil recovery ratio. An obvious effect has been acquired in EOR. To some degree, this study has a guiding significance in the application of horizontal well, determination of reasonable wellbore trajectory and the water control and oil increment for horizontal well in the edge water reservoirs.
