明十四块整体调驱工艺技术

摘    要:随着油田开发的不断深入,储层的孔隙结构和物性参数均发生了较大的变化.往往在注采井之间形成大孔道或高渗透条带。注入水沿大孔道或高渗条带窜流严重,水驱油效率变低。特别是油田进入特高含水开发期以来,随着采出程度的增加和油藏水淹程度加剧,平面上剩余油分布更加零散,针对明十四块层间、层内矛盾突出,吸水剖面极不均匀,注入水沿高渗透层无效循环,区块主力层系进入高含水期的问题,采用DJ凝胶调驱、SP水膨体堵剂、酸性单液法调驱等调剖调驱技术对明十四块进行整体调驱,解决了该区块措施挖潜的余地小、难度大、产量递减快等突出矛盾.达到了提高油藏水驱控制和动用程度、减缓油藏递减、改善区块整体开发效果的目的。

Abstract:With the going on of oilfield development, the pore structures and physical parameters of reservoir have been greatly changed, which forms the large pore paths or high permeable belts between injection well and production well. The channeling flow of injected water is serious along the large pore paths and high permeable belts, resulting in the low displacement efficiency. Especially, since the oilfield goes into the super-high water cut development period, the remaining oil distribution has been further scattered along with the increase of reserves recovery degree and intensity of reservoir flooding degree. Aiming at the problems of prominent intrabed and intraformational contradictions, extremely uneven injection profile, invalid cycle of injected water along high permeable belt and high water cut stage of main layer systems in Ming 14 Block, we adopt the DJ gel profile controlling and oil displacement, SP swellable particulate blocking agent, profile controlling and oil displacement of acidic single fluid method to conduct the integral profile controlling and oil displacement for Ming 14 Block. Some prominent contradictions, such as little tapping potential, big difficulty and quick production decline, have been resolved for the block, which attains the aims of enhancing the degree of reservoir waterflooding control and producing, slowing the reservoir production decline and improving the integral development effect for the block.
