| 摘 要： | 近年来中国石油加工厂的设计和建设模式随投资方式和管理方式的转变发生了相应的变化,为适应这种变化,以仪表及控制系统为主的自动化系统工程的建设方式也应随之转变。整理了近年来中国大型石油化工建设项目中自动化系统工程设计和建设的经验,分析了有关设计、采购、建设方式以及仪表及控制系统工程建设各方的相互关系,论述了切实可行的工程设计和建设模式。选择技术水平高、信誉好的总体设计院和工程公司是仪表及控制系统工程建设较好的方式,可根据工厂实际情况采用业主自行建设或委托EPC总承包建设形式。
