| 摘 要： | 为确保中哈天然气管道在境外达到"站场无人操作、有人值守"和"阀室无人值守"的运营能力,采用了先进的监控和数据采集SCADA(supervisory control and data acquisition)系统。完整分析了SCADA系统的结构和调控中心,输气管理处,输气站控,站场设备,线路截断阀室,北京调控中心的功能、配置、数据传输和控制原理,为境外长输油气管道的自动化建设提供了经验。
