| 摘 要： | 以武汉石油化工总厂聚丙烯装置自动控制系统改造为例，详细介绍了该系统在PLC与PLC，PLC与COROS及PLC与WinCC之间的通讯，以及WinCC的数据配置及其实现等内容。此外，还介绍了WinCC多客户机系统在该自动控制系统中的应用。应用证明WinCC作为SCADA系统，具有强大的功能，广泛的应用，较好的兼容性和灵活的伸缩能力。WinCC能提供成熟可靠的操作和高效的组态功能，非常适合工业现场使用。
