| 摘 要： | 石化行业具有有毒有害、易燃易爆和腐蚀等特点,在石化装置运行和检修过程中,有很多时候需要在有毒有害环境下或在窒息环境下进行作业和检修,以保证设备本质安全和装置的平稳运行。窒息性环境下作业工法可以保证在有毒有害环境、缺氧环境下进行检修、维护,实现安全检修、装置长满优运行,具有很大的经济效益和社会效益。
