油气田生产中电气设备的防火防爆

在油气田开发和生产过程中,不仅本身开采的石油和天然气是危险物质,而且在生产过程中还会产生氢气、硫化氢等易燃易爆物质,导致油气开发企业的生产作业场所很容易形成爆炸性气体环境,对场所内电气设备的安全使用构成威胁。因此在易燃易爆场所必须采用防火防爆电气设备,需要根据不同场所易燃易爆物质的不同和数量差异选用不同类型的防爆电气设备。通过对危险场所等级划分、电气设备失效原因分析、电气设备选用、安装和检修等方面进行分析,辨识出部分防爆电气设备在使用过程中可能存在的危险有害因素,提出了相应防护措施,并针对防爆电气设备的安全使用提出一些具体措施,使电气设备可以更好地服务于生产。

FIRE AND EXPLOSION PREVENTION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IN OIL AND GAS FIELD PRODUCTION

During the development and production of oil and gas fields, not only the petroleum and natural gas that are extracted are dangerous, but also flammable and explosive substances such as hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide are produced during the production process. Hence,explosive gas environments are easily formed in the production operations of oil and gas development enterprises, thereby posing a threat to the safe use of electrical equipment in the production place. Therefore, fire-proof and explosion-proof electrical equipment must be used in flammable and explosive places, and different types of explosion-proof electrical equipment need to be selected according to the differences and quantity differences of flammable and explosive substances in different places.By analyzing the classification of dangerous places and failure reasons of electrical equipment, selection of electrical equipment, installation and maintenance and so forth,the dangerous and harmful factors that may exist during the use of some explosion-proof electrical equipment are identified, and corresponding protective measures are proposed. Some specific measures are put forward concerning the safe use of explosion-proof electrical equipment, so that the electrical equipment can serve production better.
