钢制薄壁外压容器的稳定安全系数

摘    要:基于钢制薄壁外压容器模糊临界失稳强度的信息熵分析,建立分析稳定性模糊可靠度的模糊临界失稳强度等效随机-载荷随机的力学模型,从控制钢制薄壁外压容器稳定性在正常操作与外压压力试验时模糊可靠度的角度,对其稳定安全系数、试验压力系数与超压限制系数进行探索。研究表明:(1)从等可靠度的观点,在外压压力试验与正常操作时,薄壁外压球壳稳定性的模糊可靠度应分别不小于0.999 998 693与0.999 998 494;薄壁外压圆筒稳定性的模糊可靠度应分别不小于0.999 998 931与0.999 999 975 3。(2)薄壁外压球壳稳定安全系数应不小于14.53;薄壁外压圆筒稳定安全系数应不小于2.20。(3)薄壁外压球壳外压试验压力系数在外压压力试验时等于1.00;薄壁外压圆筒外压试验压力系数应不小于1.00但不大于1.28。(4)在外压压力试验时,薄壁外压球壳的超压限制系数应不大于0.068 8;薄壁外压圆筒的超压限制系数应不大于0.579 8。
