摘    要:TP347广泛应用于石油化工行业渣油加氢、蜡油加氢、加氢裂化等装置的高压管道。近年来多个工程项目出现厚壁TP347管道进行稳定化热处理产生了再热裂纹的现象。结合工程实际案例,以TP347材质焊接性为切入点,制定了针对TP347再热裂纹研究方案,通过残余应力检测、四点弯曲、晶间腐蚀、微观金相等系列试验研究,确定了稳定化热处理后产生再热裂纹的主要影响因素。根据研究结论与施工现场情况,提出了TP347管道稳定化热处理后避免产生裂纹的具体防范措施。

Abstract:TP347 is widely used in high pressure pipelines of residue hydrogenation,wax oil hydrogenation and hydrocracking units in petrochemical industry.However,in recent years,reheat cracks have appeared in the stabilization heat treatment of thick wall TP347 pipelines in many projects.Therefore,combining with the actual engineering case,this paperformulatedthe research scheme aiming at the T347 reheat crack with the weldability of TP347 material as the starting point.Through the residual stress detection,four point bending,intergranular corrosion,micro metallography and other series of experimental research,the paper determined the main influencing factors of reheat crack after stabilization heat treatment.According to the research conclusions and construction site conditions,it put forward the specific preventive measures to avoid cracks of stainless steel pipe after TP347 stabilization heat treatment.
