国内外输气管道阀室间距设计对标分析

截断阀室是输气管道工程的重要设施,确定科学合理的阀室间距,可有效减少事故影响和损失。阀室间距涉及交通、征地、投资、人口密集区和环境安全等诸多因素,严格按照标准规范设置截断阀难度较大。可通过研究国外管道阀室设计的先进经验和实践做法,改进我国管道阀室设计标准,其先进性包括美国标准基于阀室最大间距和基于阀室工程评估的准则,加拿大标准在较大范围内调整阀室间距,荷兰标准考虑阀室自身安全性问题等。结合我国管道实际情况,提出了管道阀室间距设计标准的修订和改进建议,即基于对管道运行、维护、安全和规划等多因素评估确定阀室间距,阀室设计困难地区增加间距调整范围,人口稀少地区增大截断阀室间距等。

Design Benchmarking of Gas Pipeline Valve Box Spacing at Home and Abroad

The shut-off valve box is an important facility for gas pipeline engineering.Determining scientific and reasonable valve box spacing can effectively reduce the impact of accidents and losses.Valve box pacing involves many factors,such as traffic,land acquisition,investment,densely populated areas,and environmental safety.It is difficult to set up shut-off valves strictly in accordance with standards and specifications.It should be solved by studying the advanced experience and practice of foreign pipeline valve box design and improving the design standard of Chinese pipeline valve box.The advancement abroad includes American standards based on valve box maximum spacing and valve box engineering evaluation,Canadian standard adjusting valve box spacing over a wide range,Dutch standards taking into account the safety of the valve station itself.Combing with the actual situation of pipelines in China,the revision and improvement suggestions of pipeline valve box spacing design standards,such as evaluating valve box spacing based on pipeline operation,maintenance,safety,planning,and other factors,increasing adjustment range of spacing in difficult areas of valve box design and increasing spacing of shut-off valve box in sparsely populated areas are put forward.
