摘    要:柳杨堡气田地层温度高、气藏埋藏深,具有低孔特低渗微细孔喉特点,对于压裂液耐温耐剪切。为此,优选了一种高温有机硼交联剂。分析了基液pH值、交联温度、交联比对交联时间的影响,为该交联剂应用提供了数据支持。利用优选的高温有机硼交联剂配制成压裂液具有耐温耐剪切性好(130℃,170 s~(-1)剪切120 min后黏度仍可达到160 mPa·s)、延迟交联时间可调(交联时间150~180 s)、破胶彻底、残渣少、对储层伤害小的优点,可以满足深层高温储层压裂施工需要。该交联剂用于柳杨堡气田现场试验3井次11段,成功率100%,取得了良好的压裂效果。

Optimization and application of high temperature organic boron crosslinker in Liuyangpu gas field

Abstract:Liuyangpu gas field is characterized by high formation temperature, deep gas reservoir, low porosity, special permeability and fine pore throat, which is resistant to temperature and shear of fracturing fluid. For this purpose, a high temperature organic boron crosslinking agent was optimized. The base fluid pH value, crosslinking temperature and the crosslink ratio which influence the crosslinking time have been analyzed, which provides data support for the application of crosslinking agent. The fracturing fluid prepared by using optimized high temperature organic boron crosslinker has the following advantages, such as good temperatureresistive and shear-resistive properties(viscosity can still be reached 160 mPa·s after shearing 120 minutes at 130℃,170 s~(-1)), adjustable delayed crosslinking time(crosslinking time between 150 and 180 seconds), gel breaking thoroughly, less residue, and small damage to the reservoir. It can meet the needs of fracturing operation during deep and high temperature reservoir. The crosslinking agent has been tested three well eleven segments in Liuyangpu gas field, and the success rate has been reached 100%, which has obtained good fracturing effect.
