摘    要:人才是企业未来市场竞争中的核心。优质的人力资源会给企业创造超额的经济利益,是市场经济体制下的一种十分重要的战略性资源。因此,应从战略高度对我国石油石化行业人才的现状及其存在的问题加以重视,认真解决复合型人才队伍的培养问题。

Abstract:Intelligent is the core of market competition in the future for the enterprise. Excellent human resources will create super profit for the enterprise, is extremely important strategic resources under market economy. Therefore, we should pay enough attention from strategic level to the present status and existing problems in petroleum and petrochemical industry; earnestly solve cultivation of intelligent of composite type.
