关于加强对主要领导干部监督的思考

中国共产党长期以来重视对党政领导干部的监督，建立了相关制度和机制，并取得了成效。但仍存在监督重点不突出、监督意识淡化、监督效果未凸显、监督方式单一等问题。落实党章关于加强对主要领导干部监督的要求，要从执行党内法规、构建监督网络、延长监督链条、创新监督手段等几个方面入手。

Reflections on Enhancing Supervision of Main Leading Cadres

The Communist Party of China has long attached great importance to the supervision of Party and gov ernment leading cadres and has established appropriate systems and mechanisms which have been effectively carried out. However, there are still some problems to be solved, e.g., lack of focus in supervision, low level of awareness of conducting supervision, failure to deliver prominent effects, limited means of supervision, etc. Efforts should be made to implement the requirement in Party Constitution to strengthen the supervision of main leading cadres. Mea sures that can be adopted in this regard include enforcing Party regulations, building supervision network, expanding sunervision scone, innovatingof supervision, etc.
