元坝1-侧1井高温高压高含硫超深大斜度井测试技术

摘    要:元坝1-侧1井完钻井深7427.23m,井底温度153.5℃,井底压力85.59MPa,H2S含硫6.7%。在分析该井测试作业技术难点的基础上,决定采用射孔酸压测试三联作工艺及无固相压井液。从钻井设计阶段开始,应充分考虑到后期测试、试采的需要,做好先期准备工作。如:井身结构设计,套管的选择和固井、井口选型及安装等。文章详细介绍了该井测试过程及结果,该井所形成的这套APR测试作业模式,为类似高压、高产、高含硫气藏测试施工提供了借鉴。

Abstract:The YB1-C1 Well was finished at the depth of 7427.23m,bottomhole temperature 0f 153.5℃ and bottomhole pressure of 86MPa.Based on the analysis of test difficulties in the well,the combining technique on test,perforation and acid fracturing,and solid free kill fluid were used for the gas test of YB1-C1 Well.This paper presented the test processes and the results of test in detail,and the APR test model suited for YB1-C1 well with HTHP and high sour was formed.The research provided reference for the tests of similar well in the future.
