油管压力操作阀气举工艺及应用研究

摘    要:油管压力操作气举阀的打开和关闭主要由阀深度处生产压力的大小所决定,因此它与常规套管压力操作阀气举工艺相比,所需注气压力更低.文中介绍了油管压力操作阀气举排液工艺的原理、工艺设计方法,通过现场试验证明该工艺具有降低注气压力、加深注气点深度、节约高压气源等特点,扩大了气举工艺的应用范围.

Abstract:The opening and closing of tubing pressure operated gas lift valve is determined based on the magnitude of production pressure which act on gas lift valve. The injection pressure is much lower comparing with the conventional casing pressure operated valve. This paper introduces the principle and design methods of the valve' s unloading technologies. Through field application, the results show that the technology has features of lowering gas injection pressure, deepening the depth of injection point and saving high pressure gas resources so as to enlarge the application range of gas lift technology.
