摘    要:气体钻井技术与常规钻井相比在发现与保护储层、减少钻井工程复杂和极大地提高钻井速度等方面表现出明显优势,但是气体钻井设备投资大、占地多、运行能耗高也限制了其广泛应用的范围。而气体反循环钻井具有消除了井漏复杂、降低了对动力和钻井液的需求量,能完全回收未受污染的钻屑或连续取心、降低地层污染,以及更好、更及时地发现产层、减少地层产液对钻探工艺的影响等许多优点。气体全井反循环钻井技术在找矿系统、水井、水文地质以及大井径工程施工的钻探中广泛应用。文章介绍了国内外反循环钻井工艺及工具技术的发展现状,为该技术引进并更好地在石油工业中发挥效益提供重要参考。

Abstract:Compared with conventional drilling,air drilling has prominently advantages in discovery and protection of reser-voirs,reducing complicated drilling problems and improving drill-ing speed.However,the high investment,large land occupation and high energy consumption required by air drilling equipment have limited the widespread application of air drilling technology.While as a kind of air drilling technology,the reverse - circulation center discharge drilling can eliminate lost circulations,reduce power and drilling fluid required,recover non-contaminated drill cuttings to realize continuous coring,minimize formation damage,discover reservoirs more timely and accurately,and reduce the negative effects made by formation liquids to drilling operations.The reverse - circulation air drilling technology has been widely used in mining,drilling water wells,hydrological drilling and large well diameter construction projects.In this paper,the status quo of reverse - circulation drilling technology and tools were pres-ented,which is meant to provide important reference for introduc-tion of this technology and for better application results in petrole-um industry.
