射孔防砂技术研究

摘    要:出砂、防砂问题是疏松砂岩油气层开发过程中永恒的主题。如何提高防砂效果已成为高效开发砂岩油气藏不可回避的课题。射孔防砂技术是近几年发展起来的新的油气井防砂技术,该技术克服了砾石充填等先期防砂技术的缺点,具有成本低、高效、可分层防砂等优点。不仅可应用于先期防砂,还可应用于修复井后期防砂,很有发展前景。射孔防砂的防砂机理是增大过流面积和人工高渗透层挡砂。具体储层的临界流速,油井出砂率,挡砂层的挡砂率是该技术的成功核心。文中对此进行了研究并给出了计算公式,同时在生产实践中得到了应用。

Abstract:Sand production and sand control are main problems during development of loose sand. Perforating sand control technology is a new oil/gas well sand control technique. The technology overcomes the shortcoming of initial sand control in gravel packing zone, it has the merits of low cost, high efficiency, and separate - layer sand control etc. The mechanism of perforating sand control is increase open area and sand retention layer in high permeable formation. The critical flow velocity of reservoir, sand production rate of oil well and sand control rate of sand retention layer are the key of the technology that is successfully used. The paper studied the above problems and gave computation formulae. Meanwhile, it is applied in practice.
