缓凝剂种类对油井水泥凝结时间的影响

阐述了缓凝剂的缓凝作用机理，缓凝剂的作用机理目前有４种理论：（１）吸附理论，（２）络合理论，（３）沉淀理论，（４）成核理论。研究了各种缓凝剂在不同温度、不同掺量下对油井水泥凝结时间的影响，结果表明：掺量相同时，随温度升高缓凝作用降低；对某些缓凝剂，温度升高只要提高加量仍能达到预期的效果；对某些缓凝剂温度升高时增加加量反而会引起快凝。

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT RETARDANTS ON THE COAGULATING TIME OF OIL-WELL CEMENT

This paper presents the working mechanism of retarders.At present,there are four types of theory,first is adsorption theory,second is complexing theoty,third is precipitation theory,and forth is nucleus formation theory.It also makes study on a variety of retarders to find their effects on cement setting time under different temperatures,and different dosage of retarders added.The study indicates that with the same amount the function of retarder decreases with the increase of temperature.But for some retarder,when temperature increases,anticipated results will still be got by increasing dosage,while for some retarders,when temperature goes up,the increase of dosage will cause quick cement setting.
