| 摘 要： | 为了提高某型高压泵电磁阀响应速度和控制精度，使开启持续期尽可能地接近实际控制脉宽，应用约束变尺度法，针对高压泵电磁阀的工作过程建立了数学模型，在给定约束条件的情况下，优化了系统参数，计算结果显示，电磁阀开启和关闭的最短时间为1.08 ms，响应性提高。

| Abstract: | The mathematical model of solenoid valve for the high pressure pump has been establised by means of constrained variable metric method to make the opening duration closing to the control pulse by increasing the response speed and the control accuracy.With the given boundary conditions,the parameter has been optimized.The results show that the responsiveness has been improved and the total time of opening and closing has been shortened to 1.08 ms. |
