摘 要: | 介绍了一款自主设计开发的1.0 L三缸十二气门经济型轿车发动机,在发动机排量不变的前提下,进行技术改进,由原来每缸二气门改进为每缸四气门,通过对发动机进排气系统、配气系统、结构强度、发动机水流场等方面的优化设计,使该汽油机升功率达到49 kW/L,在国内同类机型中处于领先水平。

Abstract: | This paper introduces the design of a 1.0 L,three cylinders,12 valves economic car gasoline engine.By the technical modification,we develop the 1.0 L gasoline engine from 2-valve per cylinder to 4-valve per cylinder,and the same time optimize the intake and exhaust system,valve-timing system,also optimize the main parts configuration strength and the flow field in the engine cooling jacket.The power of the new 12 valves engine is 49 kW/L,which is in a leading position in small engine market of china. |
