油田伴生气乙烷回收HYSYS计算模型研究

摘    要:通过考核大庆天然气公司深冷工厂的运行数据,并加以研究计算,提出了深冷计算的HYSYS计算模型。并将该模型计算数据与现场装置运行数据进行比较考核,考核后发现运行数据和计算数据吻合较好,印证了该计算模型的正确性。通过对油田伴生气组分的分析得出,天然气深冷在很大程度上回收了乙烷。该研究模型对于已建或将建深冷装置具有实时调整参数、优化参数、提高产率、降低能耗等设计参考价值。

Abstract:This article proposes HYSYS computationmodel by researching on the operation data of cryogenic unitin Daqing Gas Company. Comparative analysis shows thatthe computation model agrees well with operation data,which corroborates the validity of the computation model. Itwas concluded that cryogenic unit can recovery ethane greatly by analyzing the components of associated gas.
