摘    要:介绍了凉风站分子筛脱水装置的运行现状,对吸附塔、加热炉等主要单体设备进行了分析,并结合现场实际,归纳总结出装置运行至今所出现的问题及整改措施,针对当前尚未解决的影响安全生产的问题,参考国内外现有分子筛脱水经验,提出了确实可行的解决措施,为保障分子筛脱水装置正常运行提供一定的参考。

Abstract:In molecular sieve dehydration plant,many problems affect the running of equipment such as the disorder of solenoid valve,flame monitor deviating from the central place,the formation of ice in the absorption column which can block up the bed and so on.The running actuality of molecular sieve dehydration plant in high sour gas field was introduced here,and the main individual equipments such as adsorption column,heating furnace etc were also analyzed.At the same time,some improved measures were suggested on the base of the dehydration experiences at home and abroad.
