聚合物驱后交联聚合物深部调剖技术室内试验研究

摘    要:为了避免聚合物驱后恢复水驱时含水率迅速上升,研制了交联聚合物深部调剖剂冻胶107,并对其配方进行了优化。通过平行管流动试验,分高、低两种渗透率模拟油藏非均质性,研究聚合物驱后的压力、各种渗透率层的采收率和含水率的变化。试验结果表明,聚合物驱后直接进行深部调剖,流动性较强的深部调剖剂将主要进入高渗透孔道,对高渗透层造成封堵,为了使组合调剖剂能进入深部高渗透层,提高原油采收率,必须按照先弱后强的顺序,尽可能早的注入组合调剖剂。

Abstract:Cross-linked polymer gel YG107 of in-depth profile control agent was developed and optimized on its formula in order to prevent rapid increase of water cut when water flooding after polymer flooding. The variations of the pressure, recovery efficiency of different permeability layers and water cut were studied in parallel columns flow simulating the reservoir heterogeneity with high and low permeability. The results showed that if the in-depth profile control started directly after the polymer flooding, the profile control agent with high mobility ratio would enter and plug the high permeability channel. Combined profile control agent should be injected in turn of weak to strong early probability so as to enter the in-depth high ?permeability layers and enhance the oil recovery.
