伴蒸汽注化学剂提高采收率的室内研究

摘    要:稠油区块经过多轮次蒸汽吞吐之后出现油汽比低、含水高的问题。伴蒸汽注入氮气和泡沫剂可以调整注汽剖面、提高波及效率、降低井间汽窜 ;伴蒸汽注入驱油剂可以提高注入蒸汽的驱油效率 ,提高剩余油采收率。通过室内实验研究 ,筛选出适合伴蒸汽注入的泡沫剂和驱油剂 ,对注入工艺和注入参数进行了优化研究。室内实验表明 ,伴蒸汽注入化学剂是提高稠油油藏采收率的有效手段。

Abstract:Low oil?steam ratio and high water cut occurred after multicycle huff and puff in heavy oil block. Nitrogen and foam agent injection with steam can adjust steam injection profile, improve sweep efficiency and decrease interwell steamchanneling. Oil displacement agent with steam can improve oil displacement efficiency of steam injection and recovery factor of residual oil. The suitable foam and oil displacement agent injection with steam are screened, injection technology and injection parameter are optimized through laboratory study. The laboratory experiment presents that chemical agent injection with steam is the effective means for improving recovery factor of heavy oil reservoir.
