聚合物驱后阳离子聚合物堵水技术

摘    要:聚合物驱转水驱后,由于不利的流度比,注入水沿高渗透层及高渗透通道向油井突进,油井含水率上升速度快,产出液中聚合物含量高。为了充分利用地下的聚合物,提高聚合物驱替后注入水的波及系数,研究了不同阳离子聚合物与聚合物驱的絮状反应特点及对岩心的堵塞程度。研究结果表明,淀粉改性型阳离子聚合物及乳液型阳离子聚合物与聚合物驱混合均易形成絮状沉淀;乳液型阳离子聚合物(用热水溶解快)产生絮状沉淀强度较高,絮状沉淀可使地层岩心的渗透率有较大程度降低(大于90%),加入粉煤灰的絮状沉淀可使高渗透地层的渗透率有较大程度降低,适于高渗透地层堵水调剖。

Abstract:During succeeding water drive after polymer flooding, the water cut of oil wells increases rapidly duo to the high mobility ratio and the enter of injected water to oil wells along with high-permeability layers and channel. The polymer concentration of the producing fluid is very high. In order to utilize the residual polymer and to enhance the sweep efficiency of the injected water after polymer flooding,the floccus features of the cationic polymer and polymer flooding, and their plugging to core are studied. Experiments show that cationic polymer made by faecula is easy to solution and can form floccus with HPAM at any temperature, while latex cationic polymer can form floccus only at high temperature, but its floccus has high strength. The floccus can reduce the permeability of reservoir rocks by more than 90% , especially the floccus added fly ash, so it can be used for water shutoff and profile control in the high permeability formations.
