摘    要:微生物能对油藏渗透性产生重要的影响,这种作用可用于堵水调剖,也是微生物采油技术的主要原理之一。阐明了微生物对油藏渗透性影响的原理及特点,介绍了其在国外的研究进展和研究成果;通过岩心试验研究了内源微生物封堵的效果,发现微生物对中、低渗透岩心封堵效果明显,最高可降低渗透率80%以上。微生物通过生长繁殖引起岩心渗透率下降,因此,应用微生物可实现典型的选择性封堵。在目前研究结果的基础上,提出了微生物选择性封堵技术须进一步研究的问题。

Abstract:Microorganisms can affect the permeability of oil reservoir, which can be used as the agents of blocking and profile control. This action is one of the MEOR mechanisms as well. The principle and characteristics of the effect of microbe on oil reservoir permeability are illustrated. Research progress and results in foreign countries are introduced. The blocking effect of indigenous bacteria is investigated in natural core experiments. It discovers that the microbe can obviously reduce the middle and low permeability of cores, and the maximum ratio of reducing is over 80%. Meanwhile, the growth and propagating of the microbe causes the permeability reduction, therefore, that is the typical selectiveplugging. Based on recent achievements,some issues on microbial selective plugging that need farther research are proposed.
