FT-213两性离子聚合物凝胶调剖剂的研究与应用

摘    要:介绍了两性离子聚合物FT-213、交联剂BY系列及基于此种聚合物和文联剂的凝胶型调剖剂,考察了配方筛选、凝胶化条件、封堵效果及其它性能评价,简介了现场施工配方、施工工艺及调剖效果。FT-213调剖剂具有地面粘度小、凝胶时间可调、耐盐性好、凝胶粘度大、封堵效率高的特,适用于井温45-125℃的注水井调剖。

Abstract:This paper presents an amphoteric polyacrylamide,FT-213, BY type crosslinkers (mainly BY-91) and FT-213 based aqueous gelling fluids for modifying injectivity profile in water wells. These fluids consist of FT-213,a crosslinker, phenol and a gelation promotor. The gelation reactions and the mechanizms involved are discussed.The formulations and gelation conditions are established for the highest gel viscosity.The plugging capacity and related characteristics are measured through some cere tests.The adsroption of FT-213 on rock is stronger than that of anionic polyacrylamides.The field uses of these fluids for modifying injectivity profile in 27 operations in Block Jin-16, Liaohe, are successful.
