羧甲基纤维素系列高分子表面活性剂结构与表面活性的研究

摘    要:本文研究了采用超声技术合成的羧甲基纤维素(CMC)系列高分子表面活性剂的结构与表面活性、粘性的关系。研究结果表明:共聚物表面活性受大单体种类、组成及外界条件的影响,共聚物水溶液的粘度与分子量及胶束直径有关。CMC与烷基醇/酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯的共聚物具有良好的稳定性和增粘能力。与化学合成的共聚物相比,超声合成的共聚物具有良好的性能。

Abstract:The titled polymers are synthesized by ultrasonic copolymerization of carboxymethyl cellulose with a macro monomer (dodecylpolyoxyethylene acrylates, R 12 EO nA, where n=3, 9, 20 and nonylphenylpolyoxyethylene acrylate, NPEO 10 A) in case of dicopolymers and with another monomer, St or MMA, additionally in case of tercopolymers. The surface and interface tensions of these copolymers are determined and shown to be influenced by the species and content of the macromonomer used as well as the external factors. The dicopolymers are more stable and have higher in water than the tercopolymers. The water solubility and the surface active properties of the copolymers prepared by ultrasonic irradiation are better than that of the copolymers synthesized by chemical mothods.
