高承压酸溶性堵漏剂ZC6-6室内研究

摘    要:针对钻井工程中同一裸眼井段地层压力系数相差悬殊、高低压层交替出现引起的高压差漏失和漏、储同层的油气层保护问题,研制了能大幅度提高地层承压能力并能酸化解堵的高承压酸溶性可固化堵漏剂ZC6-6,室内研究表明,其抗压强度大于12MPa,酸溶率达90%以上,是一种既有保护油气层功能又有高抗压强度的新型堵漏剂。

Abstract:ZC6-6 is a settable aqueous slurry composed of a po wdered hydrating/hardening material as main constituent, a reinforcer, EL, a flo w/structure salt), and a consolidation improver(high polymer). The setted compos ition ZC6-6 has high compression strength(>12 MPa) and solubility in 15% HCl a cid(>90%). In this paper the constituents and the basic performance properties are presented, the factors influencing upon setting are introduced(water-to-so lid material ratio, setting temperature and time, retarder use level, contaminat ions of Nacl and drilling mud), and the mechanisms involved in hydration/hardeni ng of ZC6-6 are discussed.
