汽油无碱脱臭与改善床层活性方法的探讨

介绍了汽油无碱脱臭原理及工艺过程 ,生产过程中活性炭床层易失去活性而降低脱臭率 ,从而影响脱臭汽油的质量。根据活化剂性能及吸 -脱附原理提出活化剂清洗床层法和清洗 -载剂法两种提高活性炭床层活性的方法 ,对汽油无碱脱臭提高床层活性有一定的指导意义。

Discussions on Alkali - free Sweetening and the Way of Improving Activity of Active Carbon Bed

In this paper, the principle and process of gasoline alkali-free sweetening are presented. In production procedure the active carbon bed is easily deactivated and sweetening ratio is decreased, thus affecting the quality of gasoline. Therefore, by using activato's performance and adsorption & desorption principle, we create methods of improving active carbon bed activity, i. e.,carrying catalyst by activator washing bed, and hot water washing bed. It is a guide to developing gasoline alkali-free sweetening technology.
