摘    要:重油催化裂化装置分馏塔结盐是造成装置非计划停工的主要原因之一,结合潍坊弘润石化助剂有限公司重油催化裂化装置运行实际,分析了分馏塔结盐的机理,提出了分馏塔结盐的判断方法和处理措施,并在装置不停工的情况下,对分馏塔进行水冲洗除盐,避免了非计划停工。

Abstract:Salt precipitation in distillation tower of heavy oil catalytic cracking unit is one of the main factors causing unplanned shutdown.Combined with actual operation of the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Weifang Hong Run Petrochemical Additives Limited Company,the salt precipitation mechanism in distillation tower was studied,and the solution solving this problem by water washing was given to avoid unplanned shutdown.
