摘    要:为了适应清洁汽油生产的需要 ,开发了适用于催化汽油选择性加氢脱硫的SHDS(催化汽油选择性加氢脱硫 )技术及LH -0 7选择性加氢脱硫催化剂 ,使用SHDS技术对FCC汽油全馏分进行了加氢脱硫试验。LH -0 7催化剂表现出强度高、活性组分含量适中、其孔分布较合理等良好的物化性质。且在脱硫率达到 75 %的情况下 ,烯烃饱和率小于 3 0 %(体积分数 ) ,抗爆指数损失小于 2个单位

Abstract:A novel technology and catalyst LH-07 were developed using selective hydrodesulfurization(SHDS) for the production of clean gasoline to meet the environmental regulation, the experiment was conducted using full FCC cut. Catalyst LH-07 showed its good physio-chemical properties of high strength, moderate content of active component and reasonable pore distribution, etc. Furthermore, the olefin saturation ratio was <30%(vol) and the loss of antiknock index was <2 units, even when the desulfurization percent reached 75%.
