环己烷氧化生产环己酮装置尾气的净化研究

摘    要:选用特殊吸附剂对巴陵石化己内酰胺装置环己烷氧化生产环己酮尾气进行了净化试验 ,对用吸附剂脱除氧化尾气中所含的环己烷、环己酮、环己醇等有机物的工艺条件开展了研究 ,进行了吸附 -再生性能试验。结果表明 :吸附剂对氧化尾气中所含的有机物有很好的吸附和脱除效果 ,吸附剂再生效果好 ,克服了使用活性炭作吸附剂时滞留量大、效果差的缺点。再生回收的环己烷等可返回装置重复利用 ,提高了经济效益 ,具有较好的工业应用前景

Abstract:Using special adsorbent, the purification experiment has been made on tail gas from caprolactam unit of Baling Branch Co., SINOPEC which produces cyclohexanone by cyclohexane oxdiation. This process is to remove organic compounds such as cyclohexane, cyclohexanone, cyclohexanol contained in oxidated tail gas. Also the study on the operating conditions and the test on adsorption-regeneration have been carried on. The results show that the adsorbent has perfect effect on adsorbing and removing organic compounds contained in tail gas and the adsorbent has good regenerating effect. This technology overcomes some shortcomings such as large retention and bad effect which exists in using activated carbon. The regenerated cyclohexane can be returned to the unit in order to be reused. So this process can increase economic benefits and has a bright prospect for industrialization.
