| 摘 要： | 对齐鲁石化公司首次采用的中压蒸汽长输管线的吹扫、打靶、投运及安全经济运行进行了分析论证。提出了吹扫打靶的流量及方式 ,投运的正确操作方法。通过分析论证 ,对管线的最大经济运输能力进行了修改 ,由原设计的 12 0t/h提高到 14 0t/h ,并指导了生产 ,取得了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes and demonstrates the purging,target practice and commissioning as well as safe and economic operation of long distance piping with middle pressure steam that is first used in Qilu Petrochemical Corp.. The article presents not only the flow-rate and mode about purging and target practice but also correct commissioning method that is before raising temperature increase pressure first. The maximum economic capabilities of piping transportations has been revised through analysis and the capacity was increased from original 120t/h to 140t/h. In addition, the production was also guided and obtained better economic results. |
