摘    要:介绍分析了长岭炼油化工总厂1~#重油催化裂化装置的增产柴油措施及效果,应用工艺流程模拟软件PRO/Ⅱ和塔板水力学计算软件TRAY进行模拟核算,通过对装置反再和分馏系统进行脱“瓶颈”改造,提高了催化柴油收率。

Abstract:The article is aiming at introducing and analyzing implementation and effect of increasing gas oil production from No. 1 fluid residue catalytic cracker unit of Changling Petroleum Processing and Petrochemical Complex.Simulation calculation is made by using process flow simulation software PRO/II and tray mechanics calculation software TRAY, De-"bottlenecking improvements to catalyst regeneration system and fractionation system in the unit are carried out to increase the catalytic gas oil yield.
